The Fullerton Community Foundation deeply believes in the power of collective impact. Through the Fullerton Collaborative we have deep relational connection with dozens of nonprofits in the city.
Through the Community Foundation’s collective impact grants, individual donors come together to unite their contributions under a shared cause. This money is then granted to multiple Fullerton based nonprofit organizations who are collaborating for greater city-wide impact. This allows more communities, more people groups, and more residents to be reached and increases the opportunity to thrive.
The Fullerton Community Foundation awards grants in the following FIVE areas of impact:

Assuring that ALL Fullerton children receive the resources they need to achieve their potential to become successful adults.

Often viewed as Fullerton resident’s top concern, the Community Foundation partners with multiple agencies working toward a dignifying solution to a complex issue.

All Fullerton youth (7th-12th) should have an equitable opportunity to grow and thrive as they transition into early adulthood.

Working together to see Fullerton residents discover more education, access, and tools for healthy living.
